We’re so excited to welcome Chef James Cochran back to the Rusty Barn in July, as our guest chef this Summer. After spending nine years with Brett Graham at The Ledbury and The Harwood Arms, James Cochran is now one of the UK’s most exciting and well renowned chefs, wowing London with his imaginative cooking at his restaurant 1251. He has won BBC’s Great British Menu twice, first in 2018 and then again in 2020 as well as the prestigious Eater London Chef of the Year award.

Join us at the table this summer to experience his culinary artistry.

From seasonal organic veg to slow grown 100% grass fed beef and lamb, the produce from our farm leads the menu. As always, the food is cooked over open fire.

You’ll enjoy a four course feasting menu, served on long tables overlooking the pastures where your food came from. Our fully stocked bar has a mindfully curated selection of wines, local beers and seasonal cocktails.

FEAST TIMINGS: Doors open at 6pm, for drinks and your welcome bites. We aim to sit down for the meal between 7-7.30pm. The meal typically wraps up at 9.30pm but we welcome you to have a drink around the fire pit and enjoy the music until the bar shuts at 10.30pm.
