FOOD & DRINK
Food is at the heart and soul of everything we do at Hollycombe, with the produce from our fields, gardens and orchard leading the seasonal menus we have become known for. Our head chef Charlie will work with you to turn our ingredients into delectable dishes tailored to your taste, whether you’d like one of our iconic farm feasts, a relaxed lunch or stand up ‘street food’. All our food is cooked in the open kitchen over a wood fire, leaving your guests able to enjoy the spectacle as well as all of Charlie's culinary delights.
We have a fully stocked bar, having carefully selected our drinks in order to support producers who share our values. Where possible they are local, typically they are independent and they all have an obsession with quality and taste and are trying to produce in a sustainable way.
